Why we have deserts?

Deserts form when an area gets very little rain or snow throughout the year. This can happen because of mountains blocking rain, or because of wind patterns. The soil in deserts is often sandy and dry, making it hard for many plants to grow.

⭐ Bonus fact: The largest hot desert in the world is the Sahara, which is almost as big as the United States!
