Why we have rainbows after it rains?

When sunlight shines through raindrops, the light bends and splits into different colors. These colors then bounce inside the raindrop and come back out, creating a beautiful rainbow arc in the sky.

⭐ Bonus fact: Sometimes you can see a double rainbow, with a second, fainter rainbow appearing above the first!
