Why does some plant eat insects?

Some plants, like Venus flytraps, live in soil that doesn't have enough nutrients. To get the important things they need to grow, they catch and eat insects. This helps them stay healthy and strong!

⭐ Bonus fact: These special plants are often called carnivorous plants, which means 'meat-eating' plants.
