Why does our nose run when we cry?

When you cry, tears start in your eyes but some also drain into your nose through tiny tubes. These tears mix with the mucus in your nose, making it runny and sometimes causing sneezes!

⭐ Bonus fact: Crying helps clean your eyes and can even make you feel better when you're sad.
