Why does our joint pop sometimes?

Your joints pop when tiny gas bubbles in the fluid around them burst. This happens when you stretch or move in a way that quickly changes the pressure inside the joint. It's usually harmless!

⭐ Bonus fact: The scientific name for the popping sound is 'cavitation,' which means forming a bubble in a liquid.
